Our Summer Break routine is going well so far. Here is a little glimpse of a nice real life moment. We often go out in the mornings to play and socialize. Then we get home as the heat is setting in. Ada takes her nap, Malcolm gets some TV time, and Mommy gets her quiet time. Eventually he’ll find me toodaling away my office, and want to join me. He’s been getting into proper legos this summer, so here he is working on a bulldozer while I work in my planners. After a while we’ll wrap it up, he and Ada will resume their playing while I do some housework and make dinner. Throughout all of this Chris will be in and out, and we’ll go “visit” him at work. It’s so lovely having a 10 second walk to go see Daddy:)
