Summer

We have had a lovely summer break this year! Here are a few snippets:

For a project at school, Malcolm created this Blue Whale report, and I love how it turned out!

I think this was the afternoon after Field Day, the kids were both so wiped out they passed out while just lying around the house before dinner.

Malcolm completed his second summer of swim team and loved it!

Ada did her first swim lesson this summer.

Grandma Cindy came for a great visit in June.

We've been riding our bikes a lot this summer, and Ada was promoted to her bike attachment.

She can peddle along behind me now and loves it!

They made a snack picnic for lunch one day.

 We made it to Cincinnati to see the Cubs play the Reds.

Malcolm turned 7!! 

 Our babysitter is going to College!! The kids helped her pack up all her stuff.

We made it to Cincinnati for a second Cubs game this season, this time with the Hudsons.

New backpacks!! It is magical how new school supplies get Malcolm excited to return to school.
